Satellites in the Solar System

About This Project

In this course, learners will understand what characterizes a satellite in the Solar System and they will differentiate between a natural satellite and an artificial one. In addition, they will be able to identify some of the most well-known moons that revolve around their corresponding planet.

This course was designed to introduce the content at home and stimulate discussion in face-to-face lessons.

 

Subject: Astronomy.

 

Language: Spanish.

 

Type of learning: blended learning (flipped classroom).

 

Prerequisites: primary school level Mathematics & Physics.

 

Target audience: primary and secondary school students.

 

Length:  1 hour.
